The repository records FOI requests, decision notices, outcomes and incorporation into the administrative record. Underlying released documents are not automatically republished unless separately assessed as appropriate.

Historical FOIs
Historical FOIs undertaken by the Beneficiary or prior to full Trustee consolidation are retained as part of the historical administrative record. They are important because they explain how the evidentiary record came to be assembled.

Trustee FOIs are recorded as part of the continuing Trustee administrative and evidentiary record. They are indexed by agency, reference, decision outcome and the annex or memorandum into which the material was incorporated.
